As we all know, Fringe is;quote on quote "IN" { laughs..} In my personal opinion, I dress according to how I' am feeling not to adhere to whats commonly accepted. But if we must follow 'Trends' then please be guest with the 'Fringe' and Be very "Fringe-Ly" lol...
